The body is smooth pink silk with a row of gold leaf motifs standing along the lower border, each one crowned and finished with a brocade band beneath. The pallu carries paisleys — large, outlined, gold on gold, alternating with woven leaf forms and framed on both sides by zari columns. Multi-coloured tassels finish the end.

The blouse is red silk, worked in fine gold chain-stitch curves with beadwork scattered along the lines, and a scalloped neckline.
