Please check Track My Order to track your package.
You will be receiving an email from Stamps.com as soon as we ship out the package with the tracking information. Usually, it takes 24 hours for the status to get updated in the USPS system so please check back the next day if you don’t see any status information based on the tracking number you received in the email.

You may cancel the order if the package is not shipped, please call/email us to confirm cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
You don’t need an account to place an order. You can continue with the ‘Checkout as a Guest’ option. However, creating an account is simple and you can have access to check your order history too.
