FAQs

To save items for later purchase, you need to login to your Akruti account first.

Once logged in, and you found an item you wish to purchase but wants to save it for later, kindly click on the heart icon right next to Buy Now tab.

Click or Highlight the product that you like, click on ‘Add to cart’ button so that the product is added to your cart for purchase. You may continue shopping and later when you are ready to buy, click on the cart button on the top right or for fast checkout click on ‘Buy Now’ option next to the item.

Sales Tax is charged on items shipped. We are required to collect sales tax in those states where we are required to do so by law. You will see the sales tax applied to your order, which will be determined by the destination address of your shipment.

As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on your total merchandise value.

Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value of your order, after discount. The tax is calculated based on combined state and local tax rates, as applicable, and the items you are purchasing.

We’ll always show you how much Sales Tax you’ll be charged when you go to checkout. The Sales Tax shown at  checkout will be for your default address and will be updated if you change your delivery address.

In case if you return your item for a refund, the Sales Tax will also be refunded back to your original payment method.

If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, please be sure to have entered the correct details by checking all the information. Contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card. After this, please contact us and submit details so that we will investigate further. To help us solve the issue for you, please include the description of the problem and the error message that you received.

Yes, all our products are shipped from USA.

We don’t accept returns unless there is any damage to the product.
WE MAKE SURE THAT YOU WOULD NEVER NEED AN EXCHANGE and we hope you love what you ordered! But just in case If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may Exchange within a day from the date of the item’s arrival.

We take 1 day to process your order and the package will be shipped the next business day after the payment is done. Please refer to our shipping info for more details on how long it will take to get your package.

No, We are currently based in the USA and don’t ship outside the USA.

Please click on the ‘unsubscribe’ option which you see in the emails so that you will not be getting any more promotional emails from us.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, and Paypal payments as of now.
